Cozy. With stove. Cozy middle house part 6 "port side" in the "Magisterhof" with 3 rooms and approx. 45 square meters on 2 levels (ground floor, ground floor) for up to 3 persons. Central but quiet location in the district Dorf in St. Peter-Ording. All shops and restaurants of the village street are in direct neighborhood. Spend a comfortable holiday on the North Sea with underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Living room with sofa (2s), 2 wicker chairs, woodburning stove, TV (satellite), DVD player, stereo compact system and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the sheltered, furnished terrace to the east. Open kitchen with oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. No microwave. Storage room with vacuum cleaner and ironing set. 1\. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe, chair and TV. Second Bedroom with single bed (90x190cm), chest of drawers and chair. Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer and natural light. Hall with cloakroom, shoe rack and mirror in the entrance area. To the house belongs the garage No. 6 (max.
