Tastefully furnished Endhausteil "Utblick" in the house "Böhler Eck" with 3 rooms and about 48 square meters on 2 levels (ground floor, floor) for up to 4 people. Quiet location in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. With beautiful garden terrace to the southwest. With the establishment of this domicile, inviting accents were set and space was created, so that the guest has enough space to develop personally. Make the rooms your second home during your vacation. Allergikerfreundliches domicile without carpets.  
  
Living room with sofa (2s), 2 armchairs, TV (cable), radio (with Bluetooth), BluRay player and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished garden terrace to the south. Open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave with grill and baking function.  
  
1\. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90 x 190cm), chest of drawers, 2 armchairs and wardrobe.  
 Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90 x 190cm) and wardrobe.  
  
Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, washing machine (Toploader), towel warmer, daylight and hair dryer.  
  
Hallway with mirror in the entrance area.  
  
Parking space and bicycle shed available at the house. Free Wi-Fi.  
  
The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

#### Wohnung wie beschrieben, leider fernab vom Ort

Wohnung wie beschrieben, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Achtung: es gibt keinen Backofen! Das haben wir leider überlesen :) Zu beachten ist, dass unbedingt Fahrräder oder ein Auto vorhanden sein müssen. Die Lage ist relativ weit außerhalb, zu Fuß nix für Kinderbeine. Die Parkgebühren sowohl im Ort 3€/h, als auch am Strand 12€/d sind mittlerweile unverschämt - aber dafür kann natürlich die Wohnung nichts ;-)
