Experience unforgettable holidays in a comfortable and high-quality furnished 4-star holiday apartment in a house with a total of 4 apartments in a quiet location, just 100 meters from the dike in Ording. Your temporary home is on the ground floor and offers space for up to 4 people on a spacious 58 m². The cozy living room impresses with high-quality leather furniture, light wooden interior and a media corner with LED flat screen and stereo system. From here you can access the southwest-facing terrace, which invites you to linger with a seating area, a beach chair and sun loungers. The fully equipped fitted kitchen with modern electrical appliances such as an electric stove, ceramic hob, oven as well as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and egg cooker enables uncomplicated self-catering. The bedrooms are furnished with light pine furniture and lovingly selected accessories and offer plenty of storage space. The larger room has a comfortable double bed and a safe for your valuables. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, a stereo system with CD player and another flat screen with receiver. A parking space and a locked basement room for bicycles are part of the apartment. A washing machine and a tumble dryer in the communal basement can be used for a fee. Bicycle racks and a lockable garden house are also available for shared use by holidaymakers in the four apartments. Highlights included: All consumption-dependent energy costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning WiFi Beach chair on the terrace Car parking space Enjoy the short walking distance to the huge main beach in Ording-Nord or explore the promenade of St. Peter-Ording with its new dune thermal baths and pier. You can reach the promenade in just 5 minutes by car or you can take a leisurely 15-minute walk there.  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
