The Space: This cozy, beach-house style 3-room apartment with its own private entrance and terrace is located on the ground floor. It offers approximately 85 sqm of living space, featuring two bedrooms and a spacious living room. The apartment consists of an entrance area with an open kitchen and a cozy dining area for 4 people with an extendable table, a separate living room, two separate bedrooms, a large shower room with WC, and a practical storage room. A private, beautiful, and sheltered terrace with outdoor furniture, 2 sun loungers, an electric awning, a parasol, and a small front garden belongs to the apartment. Additionally, a stunning, large, park-like garden with sun loungers, a playground, benches, and a BBQ area for the summer season is available to all guests. A children’s play area and a BBQ spot with a charcoal grill are open for all guests to enjoy. Guest Access: You have the apartment entirely to yourself.
