With a beautiful view over the surrounding forest. Living room with sofa for 2-3 persons, 2 armchairs, TV, BluRay player, stereo and dining table with 3 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the west with stunning views over the forest. Semi-open kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Philips Senseo capsule coffee machine and counter to the living area with 2 bar chairs. No dishwasher. 1\. Alles war in wenigen Auto- bzw. Gehminuten zu erreichen. Trotz des Hochhauses und der vielen Parteien war nichts von den Nachbarn zu hören.
