Calm. Close to the dike. Cozy 3-room apartment in the house "Nis Randers" with about 60 square meters on two levels (floor, DG) for up to 4 people. Quiet location near the North Sea dyke in the district Ording in St. Peter-Ording. The ideal starting point for family trips to the beach or walks through the pine groves. Living room with sofa (2s), 2 armchairs, TV (cable), radio and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the south. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. 1\. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe and 2 chairs. Second Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm) and armchairs. This bedroom is a semi-open gallery to the living room, accessed via a comfortable staircase from the living room. Feb 25, 2019 #### Die Wohnung ist insgesamt recht gemütlich Recht gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, allerdings sind manche Dinge schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Radio funktioniert z.B. nicht richtig, der Eßtisch ist ziemlich wacklig und aus Plastik etc. Die Küchenzeile ist zum Kochen eigentlich viel zu eng (halb unter der Treppe zum Schlafzimmer verbaut). Wenn man an den Kühlschrank will sollte man aufpassen, daß man sich nicht den Kopf an der Treppe anstößt. Für mich alleine war es für eine Woche ganz ok (habe auch nicht gekocht). Für 4 Personen ist es aber nicht mehr so ganz praktikabel. Der Stauraum (Platz in Schränken) ist auch ganz schön knapp - die Schrankwand im Wohnzimmer ist z.B. komplett abgesperrt und es gibt nur einen Schrank im unteren Schlafzimmer. Ich hatte nicht viel Gepäck es war also ok, aber für 4 Leute? Besonders ärgerlich fand ich es, daß in der Beschreibung der Wohnung ausdrücklich mit WLAN geworben wird. Für mich war das besonders wichtig, weil ich in der Woche arbeiten wollte/mußte und dringend auf eine funktionierende Internetverbindung angewiesen war. Das WLAN in der Wohnung war aber so schlecht, daß man nicht mal ein Mail verschicken konnte. Das Öffnen einer Webseite dauerte ewig bzw. ging zum Teil überhaupt nicht. Die Dame in der Ferienwohnungsagentur über die ich die Wohnung gemietet hatte konnte mir auch keine Auskunft geben oder das Problem beheben. Ich habe mir also für eine Woche ein Ticket für ein vorhandenes öffentliches Netz gekauft. Ich finde es absolut nicht in Ordnung in der Wohnungsbeschreibung mit funktionierendem kostenlosem WLAN zu werben und dann so eine Verbindungsqualität bereit zu stellen. Immerhin gibt es ja auch Leute, die sich bewußt eine Wohnung nach so einem Kriterium aussuchen... Ansonsten war es aber ganz ok. Es gibt jede Menge Küchenausstattung (Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler etc.), Lesestoff falls nötig und die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut top: sehr ruhig und keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand oder zu den Thermen.
