The center. With south balcony. Cozy 3-room apartment with about 51qm on 1 level (floor) for up to 4 people (Well-being occupancy: maximum 3 adults). Close to the center in sight of the market square in the district Dorf in St. Peter-Ording. A dog is also welcome. Living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV (Sat) with BluRay player, stereo compact system, books and dining table for 4 people. Open kitchen with dishwasher, table-top oven, fridge freezer and Philips Senseo Pads coffee machine. No microwave. Direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony overlooking the green garden. 1\. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm) and wardrobe. Second Bedroom with French. Vor allem der Check-In über den Tresor war sehr unkompliziert und hat die Anreise um einiges erleichtert. Das einzige was bei der Wohnung stören könnte, ist die Bahnstrecke direkt hinter der Baumgrenze. Es fährt aber nur eine kleine Elektrobahn, ähnlich einer Tram. Die hört man tatsächlich nur ein wenig. Ab dem 3\. Tag wurden die Heizkörper endlich warm. Manche Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen: von der Kleiderschranktür hatten wir gleich den Griff in der Hand, auch die Küche hat schon recht gelitten. Das Badezimmer ist sehr beengt und die Dusche lief ständig nach. Die Lage ist OK, allerdings am Abend/in der Nacht sehr dunkel, die Straßen sind kaum ausgeleuchtet. Für den Preis ist die Wohnung allerdings sehr primitiv ausgestattet, und hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Sauberkeit war eher oberflächlich, die Duschkabine z. B. Sollte mal dringend in den Ecken gereinigt werden. Die Biomülltonnen sind einfach nur ekelhaft, jede Menge Maden. Die Messer allesamt stumpf. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht, Schlüsselübergabe war super unkompliziert und zügig und in unmittelbarer Nähe. Verbesserungswünsche: In beiden Schlafzimmern kann man die Vorhänge zwar zu ziehen,jedoch wird es nicht so richtig dunkel, vielleicht könnte da nochmal nachgebessert werden. Wir hatten extrem Pech mit dem Wetter, daher waren wir um so dankbarer, dass die Wohnung wirklich gemütlich und zum Wohlfühlen ist. Einzig das WLAN ist nicht ganz so zuverlässig. Am Anfang ging es bei zwei von drei Personen gar nicht, später dann doch bei uns allen, aber auf dem Gerät, auf dem es gleich am Anfang lief, lief es später nur noch sporadisch. Sehr merkwürdig. Wenn man einen Teenager dabei hat und das Wetter auch noch schlecht ist, ist das natürlich wichtig!
