Ceiling pouring in water, bar staff was rude and dismissive, expedia sent the wrong reservation date and had to pay again upon arrival. Frustrating experience overall.

The hotel overall was nice.
There were a few minor things that were/could have been easily resolved. Loved the rooftop bar especially with the evening dj/live music on the weekends
Would stay here again.

Phenomenal staff, the warm cookie each evening is a nice touch. The rooms themselves are rather dated, even the television sets are smaller (42”) outdated LCD panels. I understand that they work, but you will need to bring your own device. One central microwave is available in the business center downstairs, but there’s no way to know that. Having said that, the bar and food is really good! And again, I can’t speak highly enough about the staff.

Staff was super rude as a frequent traveler we abide by all rules and signs posted when there is no rules or signs posted you treat your guest like trash for not knowing the rules that you never explained in any way.. worst vacation EVER . STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
