Lack of cleaning/dusting in the lobby.
Lift floor filthy for 3 days (not vacuumed).
Room light switches were grubby.
Room reeked of cannabis! Staff offered to spray it but frankly, the smell would not have gone away. It was present for 4 days!
Nice toiletries, room was made up daily, fresh water supplied & towels changed.

I loved this hotel and its proximity to the theatre district. We walked everywhere. Room was sufficient and clean. Great price.
My only complaint, we returned from a show one night and our keycard wouldn’t open our room door. Back down to the desk, where they act like it is completely my fault. Treated me like I didn’t know what I was doing.
What has happened to customer service. A simple, we’re sorry, let me get you a new keycard would have been nice.
