The first floor has a front parlor and dining room in the front/historic section, and a large kitchen family room in the rear. There is a half bath on the first floor. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third room with 2 twin beds. Off of the second floor hallway is a full bathroom. The comprehensive house restoration included the installation of all new electric, all new plumbing, and all new central HVAC. Due to historic ceiling and door frame heights, house is not recommended for families with individuals over 6' 1'' tall. Further, house is not recommended for children from crawling age to age 5. Popular local outdoor activities include fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking or simply relaxing. This is a wonderful property centrally located in St Michaels. Park your car and walk the entirety of Saint Michaels. It was perfect in that regard. The reviews have also mentioned the close proximity of the Blue Crab coffee shop. It is literally at the back door of this home. It couldn't be more convenient. Our recommendations to the home owner would be to consider a shade or a curtain of some sort on that glass back door so that house guests enjoying coffee in the kitchen in the early morning hours aren't quite so visible to the coffee shop crowds. We also echo the sentiments of a previous review with regard to stocking up on a few more coffee mugs.
