THE LOCATION

We're in a quiet residential neighborhood in St. Peters. Downtown Cottleville is nearby with shops and restaurants, and Main Street St. Charles is about 15 minutes away. The highway gives you quick access to downtown St. Louis, the zoo, and the airport, and Missouri wine country is an easy day trip. If you're in town for a wedding at Stone House, the venue is just a few minutes' drive from the front door.

THE MAIN LEVEL

The front door opens into the heart of the home, where a bright, stylish living room flows into a kitchen stocked for real cooking, making it easy to put together a big breakfast, share a meal, or land on the couch after a full day.

THE GAME ROOM

The game room gives your group a whole second living space, bright with windows and natural light. By day it runs on competition: air hockey, foosball, and three arcade machines. At night, the 85-inch Roku TV and comfortable seating turn it into a movie theater, and a full-size sleeper sofa adds flexible sleeping for bigger groups. The bunk room is on this level too, along with a half bath so nobody has to run upstairs between games.

THE UPPER LEVEL

All three king bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own Roku TV. The master suite has a private full bathroom and a workstation with a nice desk if you need to get some work done. The other two king bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

THE BACKYARD

This backyard was made for staying out after dark, with string lights wrapping the whole yard. Start on the deck, where a wrap-around couch circles the fire table and the grill handles dinner. Down below, soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, and let the kids burn off energy on the swing set. Both fire features run on propane, so there's no firewood to haul: just turn them on and relax. The yard is private and partially fenced.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES

The bunk room, the game room, and a half bath all sit together just below the main level, so kids have everything they need in one place. The bunk room has a Nex Playground, the active play system that gets kids off the couch and moving, and a closet stocked with baby supplies and toys. The Pack 'n Play and high chair are already here, so you can pack lighter.

Kitchen: Keurig coffee maker, K-Cups, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and food storage containers.

Bathrooms: Soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, and toilet paper.

Family Amenities: Pack 'n Play, high chair, Nex Playground active play system, children's dishes, board games, and a closet stocked with baby supplies, toys, and books.

Outdoor Amenities: Hot tub with towels in the linen closet, propane fire pit, propane fire table, grill, wrap-around deck seating, string lights, and swing set. Propane is provided for the grill and both fire features.

Extras: High-speed Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), washer and dryer in the basement, iron, and Roku TVs in every bedroom plus the game room and living room.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home, including the basement for laundry, except for a couple of storage areas. Your personalized door code and check-in instructions will be sent on the day of your arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- This is a trilevel home: the bedrooms are a short flight up from the living room, the game room and bunk room are just a few steps down with full windows and natural light, and below all of that is a separate basement with the washer and dryer.
- The home has two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the game room level.
- The backyard is partially fenced, so keep an eye on little ones outside.
- No pets, please.
- The Pack 'n Play is in the baby supplies closet in the bunk room.
- The oversized driveway fits four or more vehicles.
- If your stay includes a Wednesday night, please roll the trash bin to the curb that evening.
