The property was neat and clean, off street parking was great. While not a luxury stay, it was exactly what we were looking for and a bargain at the price. It's within 15 to 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do. It is an old building.The bunk beds are very comfortable, the beds in the other room are not as good but not terrible. This place was a short 7 minute drive from their house. We were able to come and go very easily. The unit had plenty of amenities. It was very clean and the beds super comfortable. And the host was very responsive and flexible. We were able to extend our stay past our inital plans and he was very accommodating. I made use of the kitchen to prepare a few meals with no issues. It was within walking distance of a grocery store and a park and the botanical garden which has EV chargers availabel for use. I was able to use the WiFi with no issues. The host was very responsive and helped to make my stay that much more comfortable. It took a minute to adjust the windows, thermostat, blinds, and water termperature of the faucets to my liking, but it was easy enough to figure out eventually. It really has four queen size beds in two bedrooms, one of them has queen size bunkbeds squeezed into the room. It has the feel of an investment rather than somebody’s home. Multiple lightbulbs burnt out, rusted rack in dishwasher, lawn not mowed. The only amenity in kitchen was coffee, creamer, filter baskets. Nothing else. In other words, they have supplied the bare minimum. It does not feel like anyone ever lives here, the listing is run by a company that has a way of communicating with you like you are a misbehaving child or a criminal. Lots of stern warnings in the check-in instructions and even sign in the bathroom warning you of strict fines if you do something wrong or if you check out even five minutes late or if you happen to park in the wrong spot. To book this place, you need to upload your passport picture and fill out multiple forms. In other words, it does not have the feel of staying in someone’s home who welcomes and trusts you. That being said, the apartment is pleasant and clean, and there’s a ton of sleeping options. ##### Sharon S. A few things would make the unit better: mattresses without squeaks, minor repairs and cleaning, hangers in the hall closet. Excellent grocery store at end of block. Unit fully stocked. I found myself over packed. Easy to cook meals for family with supplies available. When I had questions due to my lack of knowledge. One phone call answered all questions. If another visit is necessary.
