"Unfortunately our stay at Ocean Point Resort in room 210 didn't meet our expectations. We arrived at 2:30pm and was told our check in was at 3pm which was fine. We didn't get checked in til 5pm. The room had several issues including leaking water from the AC, hot water problems and unsafe balcony ..."
