It is located on the quieter side of the island and in short drives to the main beaches and sights. The home is extremely clean, well appointed, and A/C works great. Communication with the property manager, Dwight, was fantastic and he checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The pool is a little larger than I expected from the pictures which was a nice bonus. Views are phenomenal and we enjoyed just hanging out on the decks. The only slightly annoying aspect of the property is that you have to go outside to get between levels, but really it's not a huge deal. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Christiane C. Everything is very nice including the kitchen, the grill, the showers and the pool deck. The view over Coral Bay is spectacular and there is always a breeze running through the house. Immaculate property with everything you need for a memorable vacation. Very quiet and laid back location. The pool and deck areas are very spacious and well maintained. The manager was great I would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation. The only one thing is the driveway is extremely steep. Not an easy climb or drive. ##### Jason G. Everything you could need for your trip was provided, and the white glove service with the property manager Dwight was a game-changer as we arrived near dark and the first drive to the villa would have been challenging without someone to follow and navigate. We’ve visited St John many times and this visit was just as enjoyable as all of the others. Nothing like waking up to a sunrise over Coral Bay. House was appointed exactly as the listing. This vacation was the best experience of my life. My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time on St John, when it was time to return home, we just did not want to. I loved every thing about the island, its beauty and its beaches are breathtaking. We did an excursion to the baths in the bvi with cruz bay watersports and I highly recommend them it was a blast. I loved every thing about staying at huis aan zee and would absolutely return to this paradise. Apr 30, 2019 #### Stunning views, quiet coast and plenty of privacy My wife and I were long overdue for a beach vacation and our experience staying on Seagrape Hill was WELL WORTH the wait. The house is perfectly situated on Seagrape Hill to catch a steady cool breeze and perfectly built to allow that breeze to keep us cool. No matter where we were in the house, the views were spectacular. Whether we were looking to relax on the beach, hike to see petroglyphs or grab a burger and a Pain Killer we were never more than a few minutes drive away. And when we wanted to cool off in the pool, it was only steps away with a perfect view to Hurricane Hole. We cannot wait to return! ##### Josh L. I was over the nastiest bit, but I was left tired and coughing for another 2 weeks. We had planned on going out exploring almost every day, but my body just couldn't handle it. That said, by the time we left I genuinely still felt that we had a perfect Honeymoon. The place was stunning. With the private pool, the cozy rooms, the AC (which really helped me physically), and the incredible view (truly the pictures can't do it justice), we still had the perfect, relaxing time we had been hoping for. We stayed at the home for our Honeymoon, and everything about the stay was perfect. Dave was very accommodating, giving us great suggestions on what to do, and where to go. The house had beach chairs, beach bags, a cooler, and floaties, which came in handy when we went to the beach each day. The house was SO clean, with great design. The fans and the screen doors on the upper level bring in a great tropical breeze at night, and the outdoor shower is definitely a highlight. As it was our first time in St. John, we were unsure of staying on Coral Bay side of the island, but we were so glad we did! It is so quiet and peaceful, and there is a grocery store and some great restaurants so close by. We look forward to returning!! ##### Peter M.
