Apartment 2 has it's own designated parking space on site and separate entrance. The front door enters into the fitted, equipped kitchen that leads through to the open plan lounge and conservatory. It has 1 double bedroom, a separate bathroom with over shower, basin and toilet and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with small basin and toilet. Outside there is a private terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and space for bikes, surfboards etc. and a second entrance into the apartment into the conservatory. It is in a quiet location yet within easy access of the beaches, shops and restaurants of St. Ives only 5 minutes walk away.
