This handsome property has been designed to combine style and functionality, and boasts a beautiful lounge/diner with wooden floorboards, a large bay window and a striking ornamental fireplace. At one end, comfortable seating is gathered around a Smart TV – perfect for streaming your favourite shows – and at the other (up one step) is the dining table that seats six. The kitchen includes a microwave and a dishwasher, and there’s also a utility room with a washing machine. Take the stairs to the first floor and find a delightful double bedroom with beautiful wallpaper, as well as a twin with traditional-style metal beds. Both have ample storage. Also on this floor is the family bathroom and a separate WC. On the top floor, the spacious king-size bedroom has the benefit of a balcony where you can enjoy the views over St Ives rooftops as you sip a coffee. At the front of the house, the enclosed garden offers the chance for al fresco dining as you watch the world go by, while opposite is your designed parking spot.

Spend time on St Ives’ fabulous beaches, or wander through town exploring its picturesque, narrow streets and an array of independent boutiques, seafood restaurants and friendly pubs. Art lovers will want to visit the Tate St Ives, the Barbara Hepworth Museum & Sculpture Garden and the Leach Pottery (0.5 miles). Alternatively, head out of town and see Land’s End, the Minack Theatre or St Michael’s Mount, all within 20 miles.
