"We selected this property specifically for fishing opportunities as alluded to in the listing. No bites from any point of the river on property and only area easily accessible to the shallow river was the “beach” which is an embankment. Per host’s recommendation we drove off road (need FWD) approx 2 mi to another property access point-no fish. *We discovered Beauty Bay jetty in St Helen’s to be a wonderful fishing spot-<10 min drive."

"A wonderful location about 3km out of St Helens. A fantastic view across the George River valley. Apartment was terrific. Well appointed, spacious, modern and comfortable. One of our days was heavy rain and good we could put the car partly under cover. Feeding the animals in the enclosure delighted my wife. Had some difficulty with operating TV and finding channels."
"The private room was large and well appointed. It has a large deck with a great view. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great. Best place we stayed on our recent trip to Australia."
"Was a good option for the 1 night we were there.
View is great but not very private with a public road out the front. Comfy bed and great shower. Restaurant (not part of park) on site was terrific. "
"Had a great time at Queechy Motel. Steve was very welcoming and super helpful, he even introduced us to the local Albino Wallaby. When in St Helen’s, definitely stay here."

"Great accommodation for one night . Studio had everything we needed. "

"We had a villa that had no stairs which was a bonus. Other units are 2 storey which we found difficult last time we stayed as both have dodgy knees. Very quiet, has everything you need and a great walking track at the bottom of the road around the coast that takes you into town. "
