We did not use the pool facilities. The host was always prompt with communication. We had 8 people with us, but there wasn’t a dining table, just 4 bar stools at the counter and then 4 more stools at a console table. Wouldn’t be ideal for a family sit down dinner or for the full 14 that this listing says it can accommodate. The couch has some wear. There was 1 other chair in the main living space also making it difficult for sitting together and watching a movie before we left for the day or before bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost anything needed for cooking. Overall it worked for us, but probably not for a larger group wanting to have meals together. The location was ideal for getting to all of our activities ; Zion, Sand Hollow, and the Crush golf.
