Pleasant View is a 3-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

This was a great space to gather with family and enjoy the hiking and other activities the area has to offer. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped for cooking breakfasts in. The deck upstairs was a great spot to hang out, and we loved how close the clubhouse was for a drink at the bar or dinner. Beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were all clean and nicely updated. We did a lot of laundry since one kid joined us from school and brought it with them- nice new high capacity washer and dryer and the provided drying rack made it easy to work through it all. We also contacted the property manager at one point with a question and they were super fast and friendly with their reply. Overall a great stay, thank you!

It was a beautiful, clean and well-decorated condo. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. It was nice and roomy and we loved having four and a half bathrooms since we shared it with another family. Highly recommend.

Not as clean as usual

The interior was very dusty, almost like it was not occupied for a while or cleaned before. Upstairs patio was really dirty and we had the Ledges come clean it so we could use it. Found a couple roaches in the house at night. They should rethink the plants in the driveway as they make getting in/out of the cars difficult We enjoy staying at the Ledges but this time at this property it was not enjoyable or as clean as we expected. We will stay at another unit in the property if we need to come back.

We loved staying here!!! The property was so well stocked with kitchen items and spices. Loved their play todays for pickle ball. So roomy and just beautiful. Lots of TVs and so many bathrooms! We will for sure stay here again.

St. George getaway

Choose this property so that we can hike Paradise Canyon and then drive over to Zions national park. The house seemed very clean and everything was in order with lots of extras like pickle ball paddles and such. The pool was great and also had a hot tub .

Upscale location with nice view

We loved the decor, cleanliness, and location of the property. A couple of things to consider… the property is located across from a noisy highway. If you like peace and quiet and want to sit outside this place may not be for you. Also, the pickle ball court is used a lot and is right across from the property. It creates noise if you’re sitting outside as well. Sitting inside however, there is little noticeable noise. The WiFi is spotty and can be weak in the back side of the house. From what we can tell, the WiFi router is located in the garage. A move to the inside would do wonders for the WiFi. Overall, this is a great property with all the supplies and amenities you need for your stay.

Better than I expected

The only complaint I have is the internet was sooo slow. Other than that this was even better than the pictures. We were so close to the pool, which was perfect for my kids. There was a pickle ball court close we could play on as well. Very clean and roomy.

The ledges is great but

The unit was clean, but the shower in the master needs better cleaning starting to mildew. Also the bed linens did not seem totally clean i found several hairs in the bed. Pillows not comfortable. Aside from that any units at the ledges are better than a hotel stay.

My Most Recent Stay at the Ledges

Absolutely beautiful properties. Lots of activities, pool, pickleball many bike trails. I would definitely and plan to do this trip and stay one/two times a year.
