The scent was throughout the whole condo, almost as if there was a plug-in air freshener. This is more of a personal choice for us as we use an unscented/sensitive brand. After 36 holes Friday and 36 more on Saturday, the fellas went home, but I was in the mood for more St. George, so I extended 2 days and had the wife drive down. Proof that the condo is great for both types of trips - the wife is already looking on the calendar for the next chance we'll have to go back, and we'll definitely stay here. The neighborhood is great, close to everything, but high up on a hill overlooking it all from the privacy of this top floor unit. Condo provides nice space for a one bedroom. Great view! Decor was dated but clean. Had most amenities I would expect. Just a few missing items. I would suggest an ironing board in the master bedroom closet, there was plenty of room. I had to iron on the bathroom counter. A blow dryer would be nice. The price was right though, and I'd stay there again. I would update the Condo directions to include how to find the condo once you get to Las Palmas. We enjoyed our stay. This was due to the whole resort changing to another carrier, however, our unit was not taken care of prior to our arrival. We spent many hours waiting for the cable people. Jan 20, 2023 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Renter Beware (especially if you have cat allergies) Checkin was easy and the property had many nice amenities like an indoor pool, laundry machines, reserved parking, and a concessions stand. But the only good thing about the actual apartment was the master bed in the master bedroom. Other than that, the rest of the furniture was soooo uncomfortable and the couch was infested with cat hair. Unfortunately we only figured that out after the first night when my son who is allergic to cats woke up the next day with hives all over. We had to contact a friend in the area and ask if our son could stay there instead. This meant, for the rest of the weekend, we had to drive a half hour round trip to drop off or pick up our son off at our friends house and that he couldn’t be in the apartment hanging out or playing games with the family. What a horrible way to spend a family vacation weekend. I tried to contact the owner and have had no response after multiple messages. ##### Julie O.
