Welcome to Good Day Sunshine! This large new home is masterfully decorated and fully furnished for families or groups of all ages from babies to adults. Tons of room for you to enjoy your family and create lasting memories under the southern Utah sunshine. Perfect for family reunions, sports teams, church groups, or just your weekend golf buddies. Located adjacent to Coral Canyon Golf Course. The patio area is secluded for private get-togethers.
There are two huge Master bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Both have a King bed, futon (double), TV, full private bathroom with tiled shower, huge walk-in closet, ceiling fan, 2 extra chairs, and patio access.
The living room has a large 55" flat screen with YouTube TV. There are comfy couches for 8 people to pamper you as you cozy up to the fireplace to relax. Enjoy YouTube TV and high-speed WiFi throughout the house. The patio has a table/umbrella and seating for 6 with a grill for tasty bar-b-ques.
The fully stocked, top-of-the-line kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals in functionality and comfort from the stainless steel appliances to the granite countertops. It has counter seating for 4 at the bar and a huge deluxe dining table with seating for 8.
All bathrooms are roomy, with plenty of towels, and hairdryers. Pool towels are provided in the house for use at the 2 large community pools and hot tub where you can soak up the sun.
Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St. George, yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure! If you spend your day hiking in Zion you will love the two beautiful pools and hot tubs offered. Great Stay!
We enjoyed our time here! The house was spacious and fit us well for our needs. House was stocked well with everything we needed. We enjoyed the location as it was a little ways away from downtown but still quick access to town when needed. It was a quiet and safe area and the kids liked walking down to the pond and riding their scooters around the neighborhood. The only thing we didn't like was the condition of the pools and hot tubs. They were green, murky and did not look desirable or safe to swim in. It was February so it wasn't a top priority as we were there for a soccer tournament. But if we were to stay during warmer months, we would definitely take that into consideration before booking here again.

Very nice property
We were very happy with our stay here. We spent most of our time in Hurricane at ball games so the location was perfect for us. The unit was very clean and well stocked and had everything we needed for 5 adults and 4 kids. Even though the weather wasn't great we spent a little time in the heated pool and hot tub. There's lots of room and the double garage was a bonus. The owners communicated very well and the instructions were easy to follow. We had a great weekend. We would definitely plan to stay here another time.

Very nice neighborhood and house with a huge garage for storing bikes. Close to many trails in that area. My one complaint is that one of the beds did not have a fitted sheet (upstairs master). Not sure of the other beds. Seemed odd.

Good Day Sunshine - Perfect Family Vacation Homebase!
We had a great time at Good Day Sunshine. We had two families staying for a week during spring break and it was the perfect home base for fun in sunny SG. The property was very roomy, clean and comfortable, as advertised. The dual master was perfect for two families, as was the bunk room and other bedrooms; beds were comfy, furniture was convenient. The communities amenities (pools, hot tubs) were great/fun and the home was very easy to enjoy. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and easy to use.

This place is awesome!
The management company rocks!!!. They are so understanding and do everything they can to help in tough situations. I was so impressed with them. Thank you so much!
1) and most important to me is it was REALLY clean.
2) there is a ton of seating and the couches recline and are clean and tidy.
3) the two master bedrooms are HUGE! And have nice big soaker tubs and a seperate shower.
4) the bunk bed room is really decent sized and perfect for all of those kiddos!
5) it’s close to the freeway so you can get places easily.
6) we came in March and the pool was open. Kids loved swimming in it and the hot tub!
It feels like home! ❤️❤️❤️
Do yourself a favor and rent this unit. We loved our stay and wish we would’ve had a few more days to enjoy this home and the beauty that surrounds it! would definitely be happy staying her again! A+++++++++++

Great Presidents’ Day weekend stay!

Ironman 70.3 World Championship Home away from home
Second year in a row staying at this property. Absolutely the best home away from home. Far enough from downtown but close enough to manage and to other great locations. Perfect fit for our grtpf athletes! Thank you for another great stay.

Very nice and comfortable home
We came to St George to visit family and this home was perfect for our family of 7 plus grandma and grandpa! It was a comfortable place to unwind and relax after spending so much time with extended family!

Great property!
This place was ideal for our group! It was clean and well stocked for cooking! The beds were great and the bedrooms were huge. And very nice bathrooms too! The manager at Red Rock with so good at responding each time I had a question. We will definitely rent here again!
