The house is new, clean, and beautiful! It was able to accommodate all 16 of us easily. It was wonderful to have the private pool, though it was smaller than it appeared in pictures. The lagoon was also a perfect place to cool off and have fun! Since this is a new build, there was a lot of construction happening (no other neighboring house was finished). Walking to the in lagoon was like walking through a construction site, so we had to make sure the kids were extra cautious, though this won't be an issue once the new builds are done.
