It was wonderful to have the private pool, though it was smaller than it appeared in pictures. The lagoon was also a perfect place to cool off and have fun! Since this is a new build, there was a lot of construction happening (no other neighboring house was finished). Walking to the in lagoon was like walking through a construction site, so we had to make sure the kids were extra cautious, though this won't be an issue once the new builds are done.
