Features: 1 king bed & 2 queens, fully equipped kitchen, linens/towels, A/C & heating, WiFi. Pet-friendly ($125 fee). Parking for 2 + street parking available. The Space: This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 beds (1 room w/ 1 King bed & ensuite bathroom, 1 room w/ 2 queen beds). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, A/C & heating, and a private hot tub on a furnished patio with beautiful views. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire condo and community amenities, including pools, hot tubs, basketball, pickleball, volleyball, tennis and more. The condo is ground-level, although one flight of stairs is required to access this unit. The community swimming pools are seasonal and are closed from the Monday after Thanksgiving through the Friday before Presidents Day weekend; pools will remain filled but are not heated nor safe for swimming during this time. Both community hot tubs remain open year-round. The private hot tub on the patio of the home will also be available for use year-round. The Neighborhood: Located near Snow Canyon State Park, Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Red Rock Commons, Utah Tech University & championship golf courses, this condo offers easy access to outdoor adventures, shopping, and local attractions. Getting Around: Parking outside the unit is available for 2 vehicles with additional street parking aplenty.
