The unit is very clean, and you can tell it's new. The neighborhood is under construction, yet the amenities that are available are accessible and fun. The unit provided accommodations to five adults with room to spare for children. It can easily be used to host multiple families or a large family gathering. We had a few minor challenges with locks, but the property management was readily available to assist us and was very responsive. We had two major issues with the unit that kept me from leaving a five-star review. Issue #1 - the pots and pans are old or very worn. Let's say that they are "well-seasoned." The stovetop is an induction stove top, very nice, and I think previous guests have overheated the cookware and it's nothing I would use at my home. Issue #2 - The walls between units are thin. We were awoken at 2 AM on our second night by a ball being bounced in the unit next door. The following night it was the same unit with talking. After speaking with the unit, they agreed to keep it down, but you could hear them walking up and down their stairs, etc. If you're a light sleeper, then you may have challenges. We really liked the unit and the amenities. Our surrounding neighbors for our visit were very friendly. The hot tubs were hot. Just know there are three levels, so make sure everyone can do stairs. It's a really new, nice place. The kitchen is over supplied. Absolutely met all of our needs.
