At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. When we arrived the hot tub was green and unusable. The pool guy came the next day (normally scheduled visit) and said he may need to drain it (it was that bad!). Instead he loaded it full of chemicals and it smelt so strongly of chemicals we didn’t think it was safe to get in. Plus it was still green with visible oils floating on top. By the day we checked out, the water was clear but unfortunately we never got to use it. 2\. One of the rooms’ mattress was very uncomfortable (like an under-inflated air mattress). That guest ended up sleeping on the couch. The other rooms were very good.That said, I would stay here again so I hope I don’t sound too negative.
