The house we stayed at was large enough to accommodate all of us. The pickle ball courts and pool provided entertainment for many. It was a little out of the way in terms of easy access for quick food and entertainment, but it was a quiet and peaceful location away from the busyness of St. George. It was perfect for 3 couples who needed their own bathrooms and some privacy but could gather in the common areas. It was very clean and communication was excellent. We liked the location near the trails of Snow Canyon. It was about a 15 min. drive to get groceries at Smith's or Digby's Market. We liked Digby's. We didn't use the pool or the local restaurant so can't comment on those amenities. Had a great meal at the Cliffside Restaurant. We would for sure stay here again. ##### Murray M. Reviewer Comments: This four bedroom, two level rental is a perfect retreat for families. The beds are soft and comfy. The upstairs deck is magical at night with the lights. The close proximity to pickleball courts is perfect. It’s just a short walk to the swimming pool and hot tub. We loved that all the adults and older teens had nice king beds with bathrooms and had privacy. The little kids loved the bunk loft.We spent a night hanging out on the rooftop porch with the fire which was so nice. The pool closest to the unit isn't heated in winter, but the hot tub is. The kids wanted to swim so we went to the main pool and they loved it. Hot tub was nice and warm there too. We played pickleball as well. The unit had everything we needed for meals, which was great.It was a great unit, with beautiful views of Snow Canyon and we had a great time. Would stay there again. ##### Margaret S. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of two properties that we rented on a golf trip for 15 guys. I did not personally sleep in this house, but we drifted back and forth both properties all week long.All the guys were impressed by the quality of the house, the space, the rooms/bathrooms and the patio.The pool was a short walk and very nice... we enjoyed it everyday.We golfed Copper Rock, Coral Canyon, Sand Hollow and The Ledges(3 times). It's two minute drive to Ledges, so super convenient (and the have twilight pricing, so this was great for an extra 18 on a couple days). We were \~30 mins drive to all the other courses.Location is close to town (10 min drive) but we loved the restaurant at Ledges the best.Dan Decker and his team helped me book this and it was pleasant experience from start to finish!We will be back next year! ##### Nate J.
