Inside, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, and an array of entertainment options, including private bikes, scooters, paddleboards, pickleball paddles, board games, and more. Each of the five king bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy, while the sixth bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with two twin-over-full bunk beds. With a single-car garage, two designated parking spots, and ample street parking, convenience is never an issue. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. Unable to use pool. It was closed. Construction was bothersome and air conditioners on the home are loud. Everything else was great.
