Beachside Retreat is a lagoon front Desert Color home located directly on the iconic two point five acre lagoon in St George. Designed for large groups, this professionally furnished retreat sleeps up to twenty two guests and features a private heated pool, expansive indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and en suite bedrooms throughout. With direct lagoon views and flexible entertainment areas across three levels, Beachside Retreat is ideal for family groups and relaxed resort stays in Southern Utah.

Absolutely loved Beachside Retreat! Everything was clean and well stocked! Close to the community pool so our older kids could run back and forth easily. We will absolutely come back and stay here!

This home was a dream home for us! The find, the purchase, and the whole process was fantabulous! The hostess was so GREAT! When we had a question, he was there within a minute or two! The home was immaculate, the paddle boards were used, the pool(s) were used, (and a great temp), the lagoon was amazing, the pickle ball courts were used, (and literally across the street from this home). This location for us, was great. It was close enough to town, (10 min), yet far enough out to feel like we were in our own little village. Close to some fast food, swig, and a Costco. (Opening in a week) . We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Baseball Beach House!!

The location of this house was perfect. Only steps from pickleball, the lagoon/beach, and the community pool/hot tub. It was perfectly clean, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. We would definitely stay here again. No complaints.

Beautiful house on the beach! Great communication with managers!

This house is really nice. Loved the decor and feel. All bedrooms are on the second and third floor so i got a workout beater I was the only adult with kids staying on both floors. Comfy beds. Comfy couches. Pretty bathrooms. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, ands body wash. I would design my house like some of this house was done. Loved having the little pool out back. And I loved the hammock chair. And access to the lagoon was just amazing. So fun that they provide paddleboards. Getting to park in the garage was really nice! We had one major issue when the air conditioning stopped working on the second floor on our last night. But we were able to text management and they were very responsive. It was later at night so we tried a couple things but weren’t able to get it working. But it was nice to have someone to reach out to. And we had other beds upstairs to sleep on so out was nice that the space was so big. Had to drive a ways to get to groceries (10-15 minutes) but it was a neat area to walk/run in. Lots of growth and plans to expand ands add shops and restaurants. We had a hard time finding the front door but it’s through the garage. Just so you know! Oh and DO contact Nico and get salsa. Excellent service and excellent salsa! Thanks for a nice stay.
