The only issue we had was the poor communication from the property owner regarding the power outage. They ghosted us. We reached out to find how best to proceed and they didn’t respond. The power was out for over an hour in an evening. The next morning, we were sent instructions verifying how to check out but no acknowledgement of the power outage the night before. It was dated but that was to be expected. It served our family of four well for the few days we were there but if we needed to stay longer we would choose a larger place. Communication was excellent and the location was gorgeous. Kids had a blast at all the pools and water slides. Great place for families to escape to for a long weekend. ##### Chelsea T. Spent half the trip indoors because of the weather. The condo itself is in desperate need for updates especially to the bathroom. Ants were our friendly guests in there. No Pool towels. I discovered the washer/dryer during my third week of the stay. It was never mentioned in any of the pre/checkin/in-house material. A little out dated and could use some updating and fixes. It was a bit cramped for our family of 6\. It advertises that it sleeps 6 but the beds are small and the blow up mattress only sleeps one and kept deflating in the night. One of the kids slept on the couch which worked but we wouldn't have been too comfortable for a longer stay. The complex is nice and the pools were a hit with the kids. The area was perfect for this. Our view of the cliffs was enjoyable. The condo could use updating, but it served us well. We would use this site again. ##### Mary Z.
