The mattress in the main bedroom requires replacement, as it is no longer in acceptable condition. Additionally, several kitchen utensils are damaged and should be replaced. No garbage or recycling bags were provided during our stay.
Overall, the property would benefit from more attention to all the details to better reflect the price paid.
