The rooms were super comfy... the kithen spacious the table and living room with big fat sofas. There were 2 details i have to mention, 1st, is that in your room pictures from the web showed 2 bunks twin beds and a queen and happens to be 1bunk twin bed, which 2 of my brothers children had to sleep with them in the master. That was a bummer and 2nd is that the shower drain from the masters was a bit clogged. I would say that! Was the only thing the rest was just perfect... maybe for future reference you might wanna tell the owner to have a kettle for hot water and a espresso machine lol just saying. But overall everything was on point. the communication with Tom was fast, everytime! Well witouth anything else i would definitely rent this house again ... great for any occasion. No dishwasher pods or extra trash bags. The decks are in bad shape and don’t appear to be all that safe! The air conditioning on the first floor is not cooling, if we had stayed for more than three nights it would have definitely been an issue. Location and layout were perfect for us. Even though the house is located close to A1A its unbelievably quiet and secluded. The located is perfectly straddled with quick beach access and down town. Beds were comfortable and the house was outfitted with an awesome grill, nice kitchen ware and nice compact beach chairs. The house is close to a main street - can be noisy at times - lots of joggers and bikers passing by. Within walking distance to the beach. For the amount that is charged for the cleaning fee the owners ask a lot of you before you leave the premise and charge you extra if you don’t adhere to their instructions.
