Welcome to The Salty Anchor, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat - steps from the Intracoastal, boat ramp, and an 8-minute walk to the beach. Ideal for families, boaters, and beach lovers, 8 guests and offers family-friendly amenities. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, fenced yard, Weber gas grill, gas fire pit, and outdoor dining. 2 dogs are welcome per booking for an additional fee of $100 per stay. Come experience coastal living at its best. Golf Cart available for rent at $40 per day, priced for the duration of your stay. Pet and Golf cart fees payable via Venmo

A service dog staying on our property is NOT allowed to be left unattended at the property at any time during your stay. You can NOT leave them alone in a crate as well. You must take the animal with you anytime you leave the house as they are supposed to be of service at all times.  
  
Owners are liable for any damage caused by your accompanying service animal. If there is damage or a need for additional cleaning due to your stay, you will have to pay additional charges.  
  
Your service animal must be on a leash when outside of the home at all times.  
  
If we find you are misrepresenting a pet as a service animal, we will cancel your reservation and/or evict the guest(s) without further notice. In such cases, we will also report fraudulent claims of service animals to government authorities. In such circumstances, there will be no right to a refund.   
  
Please walk your service animal outside for bathroom needs. We strictly prohibit indoor pads. All service animals must be housebroken.   
  
Please clean up all animal waste immediately. We ask that you bring your own disposal bags and dispose of them in the trash. Do not use a neighbors trash bin to dispose of the waste.

The Salty Anchor was a beautiful place to stay with our friends. We came to St. Augustine to see the Christmas lights and needed a place to stay. Absolutely awesome home to stay in. We definitely will be back. Thank you!

Wonderful property. Close enough to St. Augustine to visit, but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Home was well stocked, comfortable, and clean. We would love to stay here again in the future.

#### Perfect Again!!!

Stayed for the 2nd year in a row but this time stayed a full 7 days . Could not have asked for a better time or place. Just like last year it was perfect. Boating was great and so was the beach. Had family staying close by, plenty of place to park when they came to visit and enjoyed the outside grilling and beautiful patio. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back again soon!

#### Perfect place to stay for beach and boating. Location is absolutely perfect and very convenient.

We had the best vacation ever. The house was spectacular and as clean as a whistle. Everything we needed was there. We spent 2 amazing days at the beach, one day shopping and down town and 2 days in the boat. It was so nice being in a perfect location to everything. The host was more than helpful and so easy to contact and always quick to respond. We are already deciding on what week to book again next year and hopefully get to go back for a weekend before summer is over. The place is THE BEST Bring your own boat place to stay ever ! We will be back again soon!!! This is more than a five star vacation home . It was PERFECT
