I stayed with a variety of family members ranging from 5 to 92 and everyone loved this duplex. The house was very near to the attractions we wanted to visit, but it was quiet enough to get away from tourists at night. We used the house to cook all of our meals the whole we were in town, and the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. All amenities were as expected. We used the Rokus and the Internet while we were there, and nothing was spotty. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking items. The beach toys and chairs were very helpful for our group. Check in and check out expectations were communicated beforehand, and I never had to seek out information that wasn't already provided. The host checked in with me several times, took initiative to make sure we had an amazing stay, and responded quickly when I asked anything.
