The house was designed by local Architect Bryan McCloskey with interior designers A B Connor & Associates, the house is both beautiful and functional with views from every room. The house has high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Note, we DO NOT allow pets! The first floor provides covered parking, two hot water outdoor showers, and covered outdoor living space that seats six people. The backyard is fully fenced has a swimming pool and fire pit. The second floor houses the kitchen, living room, an outdoor deck, a powder room, a laundry room, and the master bedroom (pillow top queen sized bed) with an incredible en suite bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has a two twin beds and a TV. Very nice home with a private pool. The beach is steps away (1/2 block away) and there is an ocean view from the tower room, living room, and 2nd floor porch. Everything inside is clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room/dining room is a great area to relax with family. The owners make the check in process easy and seamless. Beach shops, ice cream, and several restaurants are all within a short walking distance.
