The Space:

The Facts: This modernized castle with historic charm is a 7 bedroom home in the heart of downtown St. Augustine, less than a block off of San Marco Avenue, and is situated right next door to Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum! Amazing morning sun is available in gobs on the patio. Perfect to host your micro-event at, the home is situated directly in the heart of downtown and is a prime location for wedding groups as the home is central to many wedding venues! Our newly added hot tub is an amazing amenity to enjoy, accommodating up to 8 people! Castle Garden branded bicycles with baskets and helmets available for $35 per bike/per day fee and signed release form. Our stunning custom kitchen, living/dining area and 7 bedrooms were designed and every furniture piece chosen with the utmost thought and care to bring together a colonial modern vibe. Enjoy your coffee in the shade, a drink in the sun, fire up the propane pit at night and turn on the string lights for a magical garden experience.



The Proximity: In the very center of downtown and uptown and just minutes drive to Vilano Beach and US Highway 1 which takes you to all parts of St. Augustine quickly for shopping, eating and seeing other areas of the city!



The Space: The home itself sleeps 14 comfortably in 2 King beds, 4 Queen beds and 1 Full bed. The kitchen is equipped to service 14 people and do some awesome cooking together for a great night in! The propane grill is available to turn up the heat. The TV's are all Smart TV 's and have Youtube TV (better than cable), so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or Hbo account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Enjoy our brand new Hot Tub and on site Castle Garden branded bicycles for a fun all inclusive experience!

Bedrooms:

Room 1: Queen bed with en suite bath with walk in shower.

Room 2: Queen bed with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Room 3: King size bed.

Room 4: King size bed.

Room 5: Full size bed with en suite walk in shower.

Room 6: Queen size bed with en suite walk in shower.

Room 7: Private suite with entrance at the back side of the house, Queen bed separate from main house. Has kitchenette and on-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Bathrooms:

One guest bathroom is located upstairs in the main hall for Rooms 3 and 4 to use. It has a walk in shower.

2 half baths are located on the ground floor for easy access for folks enjoying the kitchen and living area.



Events: Small (micro-events, under 20 people) are allowed year round with event fee.

We are allowed 4 large events per year (over 20 people). All events must be approved and the per-event fee must be paid - please reach out to us with details prior to booking!



Historic Downtown St. Augustine: With us you are in the heart of it all! Just a 4 minute walk south on San Marco is historic St. George Street! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. Beachside Fun In The Sun: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated minutes from Vilano Beach which we can guide you to after booking confirmation. You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses on St. Augustine Beach about 15 minutes away to park and walk on.



Turn It Up: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.



SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



Guest Access:

Bicycles are available with signed release form (1 form per guest in your group) for $35 per bike, per day.



3 days of supplies provided (TP, trash bags, pods, etc)



Entire space of the main house is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:

Next door to Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, this gorgeous mini castle "The Castle Garden" is located right off San Marco Avenue, right near the antique shops, Francis field (huge festivals), the parking garage and is walkable in 3-5 minutes to St. George Street and the Castillo de San Marcos (The Fort)! Potter's Wax Museum, The Oldest Schoolhouse, Stogies Cigar Bar and Colonial Oak Music Park are all just a stone's throw from this location. Walk east down the street to reach the water of the bayfront.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, we have 5 bikes available for rental for $15 per bike, per day. Please inquire!

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.



Guests must be 21 or older to book.



The space is event friendly year round for small micro-events (less than 20 people) and based on our availability as we are allowed up to 4 large events per year (20 or more people) at this location. Please inquire. A flat rate event rental fee will be charged for each day the space is used for an event. Per-event means a flat rate fee will be charged per event (if a guest wanted to host a rehearsal dinner Friday, a small wedding Saturday and a post-wedding brunch on Sunday, each of those events would be charged individually).



All events must be described in detail to the host for approval prior to booking, including dates, time frames, number of guests on site, etc. Events must end by 9:30pm and noise must cease by 10pm per county ordinance. The parking plan must be followed. Event rules must be agreed to in writing by guest and followed in order to not burden our cleaners with additional labor upon departure.



Any lost & found items you would like returned will incur a minimum of $50 return fee to cover shipping & handling.



Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice.



Dogs are not allowed in this property.



Interaction with Guests:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival. Please, make yourself at home.
