As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a high-end King Bed, complemented by soaring ceilings and breathtaking views of the surrounding pine forest. Allow yourself to fully unwind and rejuvenate in this tranquil setting. But the experience doesn't stop there! Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of our backyard oasis, complete with a refreshing pool waiting to be enjoyed. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled getaway, Sailor's Cove Unite welcomes you to indulge in the best of both worlds. Join us and make memories that will last a lifetime. Your comfort and happiness are our top priorities. Welcome to Sailor's Cove Unite—your home away from home! The suite is an entirely private studio that comes with a shower, portable electric stove, coffee/tea, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and icemaker. It is connected to the water softener/purifier, so you get clean water from the faucet. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer tower. Easy, ample free parking. Breathtaking pine forest outdoor views. Comfortable king-size bed, a well-organized kitchenette, and all the small appliances you need for a comfortable stay. Free wi-fi, Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu apps on smart TV are included! Because you are sharing the backyard with owners and another unit, it is essential that guests respect others. House rules are enforced! Guests share the pool and outdoor spaces with the host's family and another guest unit, but not the interior spaces! You can spend evenings outside on the porch, enjoy tranquility while sipping wine, and listen to singing birds. We have many scheduled weekly services like cleaning, landscaping, gardening, pest control, garbage disposal, and more. So, during your stay, the host or co-host and some technicians can come into your front yard or backyard for their duties. Please don't be scared of them, and let them keep the provided amenities in good shape. Unfortunately, we cannot tell the guests the exact time. Nobody will enter your unit without your permission. We live on the property full-time. You'll likely see us hanging out in the backyard, watering the plants, or doing chores. And, of course, you will share our pool and big backyard with us. We can interact as much or as little as you like. Our home is located on the quiet and relaxed woody-side of St. Augustine, surrounded by natural spaces on SR-207, within a short drive of I-95\. It is also conveniently close to all of St. Augustine's historical old town activities, trendy St. Augustine Outlets, and just a few minutes drive to our amazing beaches, shopping, and award-winning dining. Boasting over 500 years of rich and diverse culture, you’ll always find yourself with something to do in St. Augustine. Head to our historic downtown and explore the Old City area, taking in the sites of Spanish colonial architecture. Or, go for a peaceful stroll along the pristine coastline at St. Augustine Beach. We were MORE than pleased by the well-appointed property. The property owner, Sergey, is personable, friendly and helpful. The accommodation is like a studio apartment with every single thing we needed, and then some. Tastefully furnished and I must say, the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in....better than our high-end mattress!! It was great to have access to a washer/dryer on our week long stay as we went to the beach often and had the luxury of fresh beach towels, which Sergey provided. It was SO lovely to open the door and have coffee by the beautiful pool. Sergey provides the coffee maker and coffee! The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to eat in, which we did not, but he has everything you would need if you wanted to, including basic seasonings, hot plate to cook on, pots and pans, microwave, utensils, fridge, separate and efficient ice maker, selection of teas, and so much more... Sergey's home is gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, ample parking, and the resident unsocial kitty. :) It's central to everything you would need on your trip.
