The thermostat was a new model that we were not familiar with. (there were no operating instructions) - We had received a text from Lisa (the property manager), who said to text her if we has any problems. I texted her and she NEVER REPLIED! In her text there was a number to call customer service. I called & explained the situation. They said they would have to call me back. They called back but still had no instructions to operate the thermostat. And said someone would call w/instructions. - However, my husband had found a YouTube video and was able to set the thermostat to a more comfortable setting. - Also, a CS rep called me the NEXT DAY with instructions for the AC?
