  • A beautiful, newly remodeled luxury apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view, central heat and air conditioning, gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked, washer/dryer, free off street parking, fenced front and back yard with a new BBQ grill, one king bedroom and one queen bedroom with a new comfortable queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Easy walk to Old Town and great restaurants such as The Ice Plant, St. Aug Fish Camp and the Blue Hen Cafe for the best breakfast in town. 13 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach Pier. We have a community swimming pool on Riberia St. It is a $3 admission. A beautiful, newly remodeled luxury apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view , central heat and air conditioning, gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked, washer/dryer, free off street parking, fenced front and back yard with a new BBQ grill, one king bedroom and one queen bedroom with a new comfortable queen sofa bed. This place is a little gem in the heart of St Augustine. The decor and amenities are wonderful and it is exactly as listed. We didn’t walk to some of the restaurants, but you could get to Fish Camp easily. Thank you for a wonderful stay Beth!!

The apartment itself is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location. However, our experience was marred by a serious access issue. My son was locked out at midnight when the door code failed to work; he ended up sleeping on the porch to avoid disturbing neighbors. I confirmed the code was non-functional myself the next morning. Most concerningly, I messaged Beth the next morning and have received no response after 24 hours. While the space is lovely, the lack of reliable access and lack of a reason or apology is the reason I am leaving a poor review

Good to be near to the downtown

We had a great time at your house. Some details, like the living room carpet that we tripped on a few times, and the fact that the entrance had no light. There was a broken glass, the cleaning supplies were lying around in the entrance in an ugly way. The toilet seat was partly loose and it was quite uncomfortable. For the rest, it was fine, but the tenants upstairs were running around early and it was quite a hassle to wake us up early in the morning. The patio chairs were rusty. Thanks for everything. Good luck. If you fix those details, it would be spectacular because it has a good location. In addition, the house has perfect privacy, close to important places in town.

Relaxing Vacation

The property was comfortable and we had a great time in St. Augustine. Kitchen could have had more dish soap and detergent, but other than that we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend!

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, you can easily walk to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The house is so nice, clean and well decorated! It has everything we needed! My husband and I stayed in the bedroom with a king size bed. The bed was great, nice and soft bedding, plus lots of different pillows! A full size mirror is definitely a plus! Would gladly stay at this house again!

37th Anniversary

We enjoyed the house very much. We just stayed for one night but it was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, 20 min walk to down town and a mile walk from the Marina that we left our boat. It worked out perfectly for our stay.

Old Florida meets modern convenience!

My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here! The renovations were done so well - beautiful floors, countertops, tiled shower etc, but retained the original character of the place. There was not a thing we didn’t love. It had everything we could ask for - comfy beds with lots of pillows, a Keurig with coffee and sugar, a full kitchen, washer and dryer… the pics that the owner shows are exactly what you get! Gorgeous! I especially loved the black and white pics of families on vacation in St. Augustine in 1947! What a great touch! About 1/2 mile from main drag (corner of Riberia and King) but can always drive in to town if that is too much of a hike for you. Highly recommend Blue Hen Cafe (very short walk) for breakfast, St. Augie’s Pizza for lunch (King St) was good and the tasting tours at the distillery and winery (both in walking distance!) Would definitely book here again! Thank you Beth!

Super beachy cute!

The place is charming. It was just the right size for the 4 of us. I took my daughter (age 15) and 2 of her friends to see the night of lights. We had a great time. Breakfast at the blue hen was an easy walk from the house and very tasty. I was able to walk to downtown, the fort, and the bridge of lions from the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely retreat!

We loved the house and neighborhood. It was perfect with the front and back fenced yard because our dog was safe with the street so close. Everything as promised in the write-up, and I have already recommended to friends who also travel to St. Augustine.
