    - Home is pet friendly for low or no shed dogs, breed approval required prior to booking. 2 dog maximum, $75 per dog. Sorry no cats
    - This home is Snowbird Friendly (Please inquire for a quote)
    - Golf Cart rentals available through property and is not included in rental
    - Heated pool October to April, heating temps will vary depending on the air temperature. Vilano101 is extremely proactive on maintaining pool temps free of charge to guests. April to October average pool temp is 85-90 without the need of heater however if temps run below 85 during those months we automatically turn heater on.

    *Golf carts are not included with the home rental. Optional 4-seat and 6-seat golf carts may be available for an additional fee through a separate third-party provider and must be booked separately.

The Pink Flamingo was the perfect fit for our Girls Trip! The house is spacious and comfortable and the covered lanai with pool and hot tub a bonus. We loved being able to walk to the beach; and the house is so close to the Historic District and local restaurants and shopping. Communication was great and the hosts very responsive.

Our stay at the Pink Flamingo home was beyond amazing! This is my second time staying at the home and I would definitely book again! The home was more than enough space for our family of four. It was so clean, it felt like we were the first people staying there. The host was very pleasant and very responsive! I give this home and host 11/10! Great location, clean, spacious, and the pool and spa are the cherry on top. No complaints

We had a wonderful time gathering the family for Thanksgiving. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the beach, pool, area restaurants, boat trips and other activities. We also went to the festivities in St. Augustine which was great but we were so happy we stayed out in Vilano Beach. Perfect spot to escape the chaos.

We had a wonderful stay while celebrating my mother’s birthday. The house was beautiful, well decorated, and fully stocked. They also provided many thoughtful extras, such as a pool fence, pool toys, smart TVs, beach chairs, plenty of laundry and dish soap, hand soap at every sink, etc.. It has an amazingly short walk to the beach and Publix right around the corner. The heated pool and hot tub were also lovely. The property manager is very responsive. We had a smoke detector start beeping one afternoon. I called and she was there within an hour to fix it. Our family had an amazing time and we would definitely go back.

Girls Weekend

The Flamingo House was perfect for our girls getaway! Its was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub everyday. Its was a short walk to the beach and the main area in Vilano. We would definitely come back.

Very nice beach house

Loved staying at the Pink Flamingo. House was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location can't be beat - literally a 1 min walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them everyday. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Vilsno Beach House

A beautiful 4 bedroom house (ranch) with its own pool and hot tub. Very close to the beach. Well maintained and well appointed. We will definitely be back.

Spacious Sunny Home in Quiet Beach Neighborhood

We loved our time at this property. The house was easy to find, in a lovely little neighborhood by the beach, and had plenty of space to relax. All spaces were clean and comfortable. The pool/lanai area was clean and private. We felt secure and relaxed, even during a large storm event. Adam's communication was detailed and helpful both before and during our stay.

Relaxing Weekend

My family and I really enjoyed our stay over a four day long weekend. It was very relaxing and the house was so accommodating to our family of six. We actually didn't even use the fourth bedroom. The heated pool was a nice touch and my kids enjoyed that very much. Definitely a spot we would come back again to stay at.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our weeklong family trip. The proximity to the beach, grocery store and local restaurants was ideal. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The wagon was great for walking to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet with well maintained homes.We used the pool and hot tub daily and there was plenty of seating in the lanai. I would recommend this listing and will be booking again.

Wonderful location and nice accommodation

The pool and hot tub was a hit for all of us (kids and adults). Walked the beach everyday (sometimes twice a day). Restaurants were so close, it was perfect. The openness in the kitchen and family room was great! And when we cooked some meals the dining room table was great. Also great for playing games!
