It’s a short walk to the beach or a quick drive to beach access with showers. It’s only 15 minutes from downtown St Augustine and it never felt crowed like St Augustine beach. Check in was a breeze and you’ll receive a message with those instructions prior to your arrival. The owners supply everything that’s needed to make your trip enjoyable including a beach wagon with 5 nice beach chairs and a lot of beach toys for the kids. Every appliance was top notch and worked great, including the washer and dryer. If you’re a coffee drinker they have a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. We never ran out of hot water, even with all 3 showers running at the same time. There are smart TVs in all the rooms and the WiFi worked great as well (they will send you the WiFi login info on the day of your arrival). This house and location are perfect. It's just a short walk to the beach (maybe 5 minutes) and the access is directly across A1A. The house was clean and everything was as advertised. The pool was great as well and was a perfect hangout after time at the beach every day. The hosts were great and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again. ##### Eric G.
