If so, you will love to make this vacation home your dream come true. Floridays is a few minutes’ walk from the beach and also the Matanzas River. So whether you are into sunning on the beach, boating, kayaking, or fishing, you have it all here at Floridays. And if that’s not enough, this vacation home also has a private pool and a large fenced-in back yard! So come, sit back, relax and enjoy! The pool is located in a large fenced in back yard with plenty of privacy. It offers a large poolside patio with chairs and chaise lounges and an outside dining area with propane BBQ. The grill is ready to go for steaks or burgers and has a side burner for your low country shrimp boil. The backyard has plenty of palms and tropical plants for a real island feeling. There is also plenty of space for playing cornhole (boards and bags included) in the yard. Your pet will have room to roam in the large yard as well. So whether you want to enjoy the cool breeze or cold A/C, you can enjoy the view of the pool and yard from almost everywhere inside the home. The living room is situated with a comfortable sofa and chairs, a 65”Smart HDTV with over 100 cable channels, and is beautifully decorated. There is plenty of space for the whole family. So just sit back, relax and enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event. The end tables in the living room have built-in charging stations to keep your mobile devices powered up and ready to go. The home is equipped with WIFI throughout and 4 smart TVs; so bring all your electronic devices for entertaining the family and to stay in touch with family and friends while you have the best vacation ever. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make the perfect meal - from appliances, to cookware and tableware, you will have everything you need. The kitchen comes with a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig machine for your morning coffee in the shade beside the pool. So whether you are preparing a large meal or just sitting at the island under the skylight and enjoying a morning cup of coffee, the kitchen will accommodate your needs. The master suite boasts an extremely comfortable king-size bed, a 40” Smart HDTV, and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The bedside tables in the master are equipped with USB charging ports so your electronic devices will be fully charged and good to go when you wake up to the sparkle of the morning sun on the pool just outside the windows. There is also plenty of storage for your stay in the master. The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, 32” Smart HDTV, and has two closets for plenty of storage. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a 32” Smart HDTV. Our rental has a full size washer and dryer, so you won’t have to worry about doing laundry when you get home. There is plenty of parking with two concrete drives. So bring your boat, RV or Jet Ski's. Floridays is located at Butler Beach just south of historic downtown St. Augustine and close to everything St. Augustine has to offer. Everything was fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. Nothing needed fixing or upgrading. Our four boys loved the pool and yard. We had Cornhole tourneys and grilled out every night. The outdoor gathering area was perfect. There was plenty of seating of all kinds and we all fit comfortably at the table for dinner. I appreciated the cute little lights strung up around the patio. I especially enjoyed the washer and dryer. They are rock stars!! I even liked having them in the kitchen (behind a sliding barn door, out of sight.) A couple notes. The kitchen is very well stocked, but if you want to get fancy make sure you bring your knives and seasonings. Otherwise, there was plenty of cookware, utensils, plates, etc. The extensive use of the label maker to let us know what was in each drawer was a very nice touch. Bring some extra paper products if you go through a lot. We have nothing bad to say about this house. ##### Erin F. The house was a ten minute walk or less than five minute drive to the beach access! The pool was clean and well maintained with a great patio full of furniture for relaxing evenings. Our dog loved the fully fenced in backyard. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this rental! We will be back :) ##### Anna H. It was very clean and walking distance to the ocean. The pool was great. My only complaint is there was not enough paper products for 6 people. And kitchen towels were only 2\. For those of us who cook the kitchen was good other than the towels and paper towels, toilet paper. There were no kleenex. For the price of the rental it should have been supplied. It is exactly as described - very clean and well stocked. We chose this particular home for the pool and the fenced in yard for my golden retriever who vacationed with us. One note, and it is mentioned in the listing, the pool/spa is not heated and the water was cold. As the summer warms, it will be perfect temp but for now it took a bit to get used. The yard was well maintained although there were a few spots where the fence boards were open/not touching ground, but it wasn't an issue for our dog. She loved chasing the squirrels and lizards. It was so nice for her to be able to relax as we enjoyed the pool and the yard games. One observation is that the main hand rail for the pool stairs is a little loose and I did write that in my check out form. The home is close to some really good restaurants and not far from St Augustine and all the sights. We drove to the beach although you can walk to it as well. We did notice that several restaurants were under staffed and were not doing take out. It was not well stocked with towels or kitchen things - so make sure to bring what you need. There was a child safety alarm on the door, which would have been great, but it didn’t work. The WIFI worked horribly and there was absolutely no phone reception so if you work remotely and need to use the internet this is not the house for you! The pool was not maintained and the spa heater did not work. I had to call three times for someone to respond and they never did fix it or communicate. Overall, it was a nice rental I think the issue lies in the management company. When you call with a problem, you get a dispatcher who doesn’t have a clue and they just say someone will call you but they never did. When I sent the owners a message to get more details at the beginning they sent me a chain message and didn’t respond at all. ##### Julie K. It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes to downtown. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The house itself is either new or newly remodeled. Everything is in great shape and is comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the backyard was lovely as well. Check in and check out was seamless. We really appreciated the ‘guide’ provided by the property managers with restaurant recommendations. Overall would definitely recommend as a great place to stay if you’re visiting St. Augustine.
