It is the main house of our duplex. Cedar cottage Is unique with Mahogany and pine floors, a large spacious kitchen with Butcher block countertops and Sunlight radiating through the double windows. Lots of room to relax. The private front porch invites you into a beautifully restored 1958 vintage style home nestled very close to Downtown St. Augustine. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. The back yard is shared with a fire pit and electric grill and seating. The location of this property is pretty convenient for the St. Augustine experience. Although right next to a bar the neighborhood was very quiet. The house is older and you can tell during your stay. However, there was a large amount of ants in the bathroom and the kitchen. For me it was not a big deal but for my wife it wasn’t her favorite.
