Over all the apartment was well maintained and equipped with everything you need to cook (Sharpened knives and all) and to spend some good time at the beach (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys for the little ones and a cart to carry all your stuff to the beach). The apartment it self was clean and nicely decorated; geographically speaking it was close to the beach (walking distance) and not to far (by car) from the grocery store. The beach, just down the street is perfect for all ages to have fun in the sand and in the waves. Communications with the manager was prompt, fast and clear; he/she answered every questions promptly! We will return for sure (apartment and St-Augustine) since St-Augustine was a memorable place for us during our 2024 summer vacation. ##### Caroline V. We do the Old Town Trolley ride in every city we visit that offers it and this cities trolley ride was just as fun and convenient. We also got a tour of castle Otttis and it was amazing! The location is quiet, shaded and residential. It is theee short blocks to the beach. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and equipped with all amenities required for an apartment stay. Linens are very clean and good quality. Loved my stay, especially had a great terrace for morning coffee and en breakfast. Very impressed with host thoughtfulness in making the guest feel at home to enjoy the place. ##### Aymara d. The condo/apartment was very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the heat of the afternoon, and watching TV on the hugh television in the evening. The beach was a short walk away and local restaurants were plentiful. We visited the old town in St Augustine and climbed all the stairs in the lighthouse. It was a great place and we're likely to return. ##### John H. It was clean, spacious, airy and bright. I also loved the decor and the modern kitchen. The location can't be beat! It's a very short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice with friendly neighbors and lots and lots of dogs which made my pup happy!I can't say that I had any problems, but the owners were very responsive any time I reached out. ##### Katherine M.
