Home is one block from the ocean and is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. There are baby gates everywhere, so if you have toddlers in your party BOOK IT! It's a very short walk to the beach and they have all the chairs, boogie boards and sand toys you'll need for the kids to have a great time. There's an extra fridge in the garage which came in very handy. They even had an extra cooler for you to use. We loved the way the house was set up and it was easy for our large family to spend time together in the open concept main floor. There are plenty of bedrooms, so bring all your kids and grandkids along. There is a fenced yard for your four legged family members. We absolutely loved this beach house!Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen one in a million problem with the power so we had to leave. Chris was instrumental in helping us find a place to relocate and saved our family vacation. We will be back. ##### Lee A. House was stocked with almost anything you would need. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Even had a canopy tent to use if needed. Chris was great.
