Communication with property manager was substandard. Encountered material problems that necessitated direct prompt response and effective telephone communication, not reliance upon email. Primary living room television broken and property manager follow up was completely ineffective. Property chosen because of the outdoor space and advertised photos that were deceiving and taken long ago; exterior furniture covered in mold and algae, propane fire table not functional/ broken, plastic outdoor storage trunk with broken lid and full of rusted beach toys and trash. Bedrooms clean but no luggage rack or ability to hang clothes, no shelves or hooks in closets; damp towels hung over doors or on beds. We had to operate from suitcases on the floor. No soap/shampoo trays in showers. This could be a great rental with a few adjustments and adequate property management which did not exist. ##### Cliff H. There was good on-site parking and easy access to the main roads. There are still some things that coulld be addressed such as adding towel racks and fixing toilet paper holders.
