There was good on-site parking and easy access to the main roads. I really appreciate that the fridge had a water dispenser and ice maker, and there was a Keurig coffeemaker.Some kind of shelving in the shower and hooks for towels would be good to consider, but otherwise the place was very clean and comfortable. ##### Leah K. Communication with property manager was substandard. Encountered material problems that necessitated direct prompt response and effective telephone communication, not reliance upon email. Primary living room television broken and property manager follow up was completely ineffective. Property chosen because of the outdoor space and advertised photos that were deceiving and taken long ago; exterior furniture covered in mold and algae, propane fire table not functional/ broken, plastic outdoor storage trunk with broken lid and full of rusted beach toys and trash. Bedrooms clean but no luggage rack or ability to hang clothes, no shelves or hooks in closets; damp towels hung over doors or on beds. We had to operate from suitcases on the floor. The house is great and beds are comfortable . Bring your own toilet paper! With the price we pay for vrbo hosts and cleaning fees this should not be an issue in my opinion . Also 3 days into our stay a 500.00 fee was pending on my credit card that is still there . I left the property in perfect condition . It's now been 13 days and hasn't been removed .
