The room was very old, the wall are made of paper. We couldn’t sleep. The neighbor was very noisy , all night long and didn’t care. Kids were jumping and screaming . We left a day in advance !

When we booked thru Expedia instead of direct with the hotel, we were under the impression we would get the same quality room at a lower price this did not happen! When we checked in, we were given a room that was extremely small in size, there was a very loud temporary air conditioning unit vented thru outside window with temporary ducting, when we pulled back the sheets on one of the beds the bottom sheet had dried blood spots and what appeared to be dried feces on it. We went down to check in and stated all concerns - person at desk did not believe us and stated he would have to go up and verify the situation. Upon his inspection we were immediately given the keys to another room, The interesting point was the new room had same bed arrangement as requested was much larger very clean and had no temporary air conditioning, my question for you is when we booked thru Expedia are we getting lower quality room that could not be sold thus the lower price? This is not the practice that you advertise we are led to believe we are getting the same quality room at a lower price. Please clarify your practice of booking rooms and quality and if this is the case that we get a lower quality room then in the future, we will book direct thru hotels. Again, room was filthy, small and had temporary air conditioning not the quality the hotel or Expedia should offer
