This beautiful villa features 3 amazing apartments with separate electronic locks and entrances. North Ritz Villa is located in Ocho Rios, Draxhall, St. Ann, Jamaica. Guests can choose from a 1 bedroom fully furnished and equipped apartment that sleeps four, or a 2 bedroom with a dining area, full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, or the largest apartment, a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment on the second floor of this spacious home.   
  
The 1 bedroom newly renovated apartment is located on the first floor of the home. There is an outdoor patio and lounge area at the entrance to the apartment. Upon entry to the apartment you will notice the warm and welcoming feeling of the living space. This modern and spacious apartment comfortably sleeps four people. There is a pull out couch located in the spacious living area with comfortable sleeping arrangements that would be perfect for couples with children or friends and family desiring to share this one bedroom living space. This apartment is furnished with all the comforts of home including dish ware, cookware, utensils, kitchen appliances, large flat screen equipment perfect for entertainment. The apartment is equipped with Wifi and all information regarding network connections will be provided with in the welcome booklet conveniently located in each apartment. This beautiful and newly renovated two bedroom apartment is also located on the first floor of the home. Upon entry to this apartment you will notice the warm and welcoming feeling of the living space. The entire apartment was newly renovated and boasts new furnishings, appliances and decor. Detach yourself from the main crowd and check yourself into the spacious privacy of your own two-bedroom villa at North Ritz located in a private gated community in Drax Hall, St. Ann Jamaica. With gorgeous exteriors and attractive interiors, this 2 bedroom apartment offers all the comforts and conveniences of home, such as a full kitchen and dining room for entertainment. You’ll love having sandy trails, swaying breezes and the waves of the Caribbean ocean just a short distance away. This modern and spacious apartment comfortably sleeps four people. This apartment is furnished with all the comforts of home including dishware, cookware, utensils, kitchen appliances, large flat screen televisions equipped for entertainment. This apartment has access to Wifi and all information regarding network connections are provided in the welcome booklet conveniently located in each apartment. The three Bedroom apartment features a master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with king bed, spacious third bedroom with two twin beds, large living room with sofa & two patios (one small at located at the side of the living room and one large patio and semi enclosed deck area). This massive deck area is perfect for group gatherings, weddings, receptions and dinner parties/affairs. The home is also equipped with queen sized auto inflatable air mattresses. Amenities include entry foyer, spacious master bathroom with separate vanity and shower areas, second and third full bathrooms, air conditioning, in-room Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker for in-room entertainment, phone, artwork, kettle, microwave oven, oven, refrigerator, feather pillows, hairdryer, iron and electronic safe to secure valuable items.   
Local attractions, shopping and markets are just a short 2 minute drive away from this spectacular location. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and listen to the sounds of your favorite reggae music with your guests. Enjoy this beautiful carribean island and head out to the beach or to the backyard of the home where you will find a 10 feet by 30 feet inground swimming pool and outdoor patio and grill area for your enjoyment.  
  
Inside the home is amazing but guests can also relax out doors with a spectacular view of the rising sun against the back drop of the ocean. Here you can find peace of mind with your friends and loved ones. You can emerce yourself in the warm culture and eat authentic Jamaican food. This home is conveniently located close to Ocho Rios Town, dining at local restaurants and visiting the local shopping center a short 2 minutes away or further in town located a short 10 minute drive away are optional. A shopping area is located across the street accompanied by restaurants, Starbucks, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut a pharmacy and a supermarket for all your immediate shopping needs. Then cool down with a dessert from the amazing Devon House Ice cream Shop.  
  
Seating to accommodate 20 -30 guests in a dining area on the second floor under a semi enclosed outdoor patio. There is also an in-ground swimming pool and backyard patio area for your enjoyment.  
  
Ocho Rios Town is located a short 7 minute drive away. Cruise ships dock in this area so it is known for tourist shopping, dining and restaurants, frozen yogurt, grocery stores and pharmacies for all of your shopping needs.
