"Nice welcome drink. Very clean room. Staff were extremely cordial and helpful. They were extremely flexible in arranging a cab for us up to Tambaram station. It was always 'service-with-a-smile' at the reception and we greatly appreciate it. The restaurant served tasty food. We loved their chicken biryani and prawn 65. All foods were a bit too pricy though."

"Generally dreadful. Room small and not in good condition. View was of wall approx 30cm away so no natural light (fun if you have jetlag). I couldn't get the kettle to work. Uninspiring breakfast in very loud room. Area outside the hotel is not the cleanest. "

"When I show up at front desk for check in, they said there is no reservation for me. I showed them email received from Expedia with the details of payment I made at the time of reservation. It didn't help. They even didn't know about Expedia reservation. I had to find room at another hotel."

"I booked it for my parents looking at the reviews but when they went there they gave a room where bathroom was broken and it was not that good later when they argued about the room conditions and stuff they changed the room but still as per my parents said it was not worth."
