We ended up taking a train early in the morning, the staff was kind enough to let us check in early. Phenomenal, customer service from the staff upfront. Mind you this is a no alcohol place to stay. Regardless of that, we had a fabulous time and hope to stay here again when we come back to Mostar

The property was impeccably clean. It was and very modern. It was a bit of a walk from the Old Bridge but was still very convenient and nice to be away from the crowds. The commication with Karsten before I even got there helped me feel more comfortable going to a new town alone. He made sure I knew how to get there and even greeted me before I got to the property. He took plenty of time showing me around. He gave me restaurant and activity recommendations
