This cozy rental sits off quiet dead end road and offers 1,700 square feet of living space with a spacious loft, 2.5 baths, and built-in wet bar. It's versatile to provide an intimate setting for a couple's getaway, amenities for a family vacation, and large enough to sleep up to 8 guests. Catch the sunset/sunrise from the beautiful gazebo, wrap around deck equipped with lawn furniture and gas grill. Dock is included to bring your personal boat or rentals available thru local marina (1.5 miles north). Hubbard Lake is known for its prominent fishing and with 13.8 square miles there is a ton of space for all water sports! Bonus.....a large sandbar is just a short 100 feet from the property shoreline. Come enjoy the beauty of Hubbard Lake and the serenity of Northern Michigan!
